Packages we offer

If you are unsure on what package would suit you best, please call us on or alternatively email us on and our team would be more than happy to assist you choosing the right package.

Bronze package

Our Bronze package is designed as a convenient and cost‑effective solution, priced at just £150 + VAT. It includes a detailed virtual inspection, where you simply share clear photos, videos, and any relevant details about your furniture and the issues you have experienced. Our qualified experts will carefully review all the information provided, assess the condition and any apparent faults, and deliver a structured report with our professional findings and initial opinion. This option is perfect if you want a clear, expert assessment without the need for an on‑site visit, offering you great value and a solid foundation for your case.

Silver Package

Our Silver package is priced at £300 + VAT and offers a thorough, hands‑on assessment carried out at your location. A qualified inspector will visit to conduct a detailed visual examination of your furniture, carefully checking its construction, materials, finish, and overall condition, while noting any defects, damage, or signs of poor workmanship. This in‑person review allows for a far more precise assessment than a virtual check, and you will receive a comprehensive report detailing our findings, which serves as reliable evidence to support your complaint or claim with retailers, manufacturers, or insurers.

Gold package

Our Gold package is priced at £500 + VAT and represents our most comprehensive level of service. It includes a full in‑person visual inspection, where our expert will examine your furniture in detail, looking closely at its structure, materials, and build quality to identify any faults or issues. Going beyond a standard assessment, we carry out a deeper analysis of the problems found, explain their likely causes, and provide extra practical help and guidance to strengthen your position. You will receive a detailed, professional report plus additional support to help you present your case effectively to retailers, manufacturers, or insurers, giving you the best possible chance of a successful outcome.

Everything you need to know: what to provide, our process, and your privacy.

What you will need to provide.

Before we begin, it helps to have a few key details ready so we can move quickly. We will ask for proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or order confirmation), any photos or videos showing the issues with your furniture, and copies of any emails or letters you have already exchanged with the retailer, manufacturer or insurer. The more information you can share upfront, the clearer and more detailed our assessment and final report will be.

02

What happens next

Once you have chosen your package and contacted us, we will confirm your booking and arrange your assessment – either remotely or at your address, depending on the service selected. Our expert will carry out a full, impartial inspection, review all evidence, and compile their findings into a formal, professional report. We will then send you your complete case file, giving you all the independent evidence and expert opinion you need to present your claim and work towards a fair outcome.

It is designed to give you a strong, evidence‑backed position to negotiate, complain or take further action if needed.
